Daisy Grace Ceramics LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ClayCal pottery studio planner application. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use ClayCal.

We act as the data controller for the personal data you provide while using our service.

  • Account data: your name, email address, and password hash used to create and secure your ClayCal account.
  • Studio data: project details, schedules, clay and glaze inventory counts, progress photos, invoices, customer contacts, and notes you enter.
  • Usage data: app interaction logs, feature usage, and error reports used to keep the service running smoothly.
  • Device/technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies for security and analytics.
  • Payment data: when you subscribe to ClayCal Pro, our Merchant of Record Paddle handles payment details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use your data

  • Contract performance: to provide scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and other ClayCal features.
  • Legitimate interests: to improve the app, prevent fraud, secure your account, and respond to support requests.
  • Consent: for optional marketing emails or cookies, where you can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, and lawful requests.

3. Who we share data with

  • Service providers: hosting, cloud storage, analytics, and support tooling providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Merchant of Record: Paddle.com, Inc. processes ClayCal Pro subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and subscription management on our behalf. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all paid orders.
  • Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and tax professionals when required.
  • Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and studio data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within one month.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, password hashing, and routine monitoring to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
