Terms of Service

1. Our service

ClayCal provides project scheduling, inventory tracking, progress photos, invoicing, and planning tools for pottery studios and individual ceramicists. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Lead-time estimates and scheduling calculations are provided as planning aids, not guarantees of production outcomes.

2. Acceptable use

You may use ClayCal only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• send spam, phishing, or harassing content;
• infringe intellectual property rights or other third-party rights;
• attempt to interfere with the service's security, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape data, or overload our infrastructure;
• share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Payments and subscriptions

ClayCal offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Payments, billing, taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; you will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for ClayCal Pro. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your payment date. Refunds are processed by Paddle. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

ClayCal and all related software, designs, branding, documentation, and content are owned by Daisy Grace Ceramics LLC or our licensors. You retain ownership of your studio data and content. We receive a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to ClayCal if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use policy. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but your data will remain available for export or deletion for a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of ClayCal after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
